What is USA Contact?
USA Contact is a contract vehicle for federal government contact center services. It is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle that provides the Federal buyer with either a Firm Fixed Price or Time and Materials costing methodology. More importantly, it is Performance-based. The USA Contact vehicle has a 10 year life and a funding limitation of $2.5 Billion over the life of the program.

The Benefits of using USA Contact
With an existing procurement vehicle in place, your agency can rapidly get a contractor on board providing contact center services for your end user customers. If needed, your agency can retain Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer\\\\\\\'s Technical Representative (COTR) functions on the task orders.

USA Contact is the only contract exclusively created for contact center solutions.
