Microdyne Outsourcing and CP&S Inc. have partnered to provide clients and their customers access to a scalable services infrastructure for Reverse Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Customer Care. The partnership brings together two market leaders to create a services platform that incorporates best-of-breed technologies, processes, and skills ensuring service level agreements are met and exceeded.

Service delivery is enabled by linking CP&S's inventory performance and asset management services with Microdyne's state-of-the-art regional logistic hubs and depot repair facilities. Services are available 24/7 and cover in-warranty and out-of-warranty programs. CP&S maintains warranty authorizations with numerous manufacturers and provides non-warranty service for the products of over 200 manufacturers, Third party maintenance companies and Value Added Resellers, providing customers with extensive multi-vendor management through a single source.
