Reporting tools used during the repair process collate data from several points. Details of the technician’s log, including defect codes, repair codes, notes and parts used are entered into the BAAN system. Microdyne uses this data to provide a detailed audit trail, manage parts inventory, and capture quality repair data for review, analysis and continues improvement. With one glance at these real-time reports, our client’s are instantly updated on their product activity.
